Did you know that basketball and volleyball were invented at the Y? Our sports and recreation programs and activities develop more than skills—they develop character. Kids and adults stay fit, learn new skills and have fun at the Y. From Adult Sports to Youth Sports to Martial Arts to Family Time, there is something for everyone at the Y.

WHAT TO DO AT THE Y:
Our Y bosts unique sports courts for member and non-member use.
-2 Gymnasiums
-2 Racquetball Courts
-Indoor Walking/Running Track – 13 Laps = 1 Mile
NEW Pickle Ball Court – available from 9am-11am Monday-Friday and Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Equipment is available at the front desk.

ADULT SPORTS
Adult Volleyball League
Stay fit and have fun playing volleyball at the Y during the winter. Games played on Tuesday evenings.

Adult Co-Ed Dodgeball
This 6 weeks league will keep you on your toes and having fun. Games are played on Thursday evenings in April. Get a team registration from here.

Men’s Basketball League
Gather your friends and co-worker for some friendly competition in our Men’s Basketball League. Games will be played on Sundays beginning June 11. The 6 week season will end with a single elimination tournament. Register your team today.

YOUTH SPORTS

Youth Basketball
A winter tradition at the Y! Children ages 3-5 learn shooting, dribbling and passing fundamentals in the Pee-Wee Basketball. Youth Basketball, for grades K-5 is a competitive program that develops fundamental skills through instruction and league games. In High School Basketball, kids play in competitive leagues with an emphasis on sportsmanship.

NFL FLAG Football
Football at the Y is about more than scoring points. Kids learn fundamentals of the sport with an emphasis on respect, discipline and teamwork. NFL FLAG Football for grades K-5 starts in June.

Youth Indoor Soccer 
Children learn soccer fundamentals, basic soccer skills, fair play and teamwork in the fall at the Y. For ages 3-5 (pee-wee) and grades K-5 with games beginning in November.

Pee Wee Baseball
An introduction to the game of baseball, this six week session, beginning in May, teaches sportsmanship and focuses on fundamentals and rules of baseball:  how to hit, catch and throw a baseball.

Taekwondo
For all levels. Learn fundamentals, stretches, kicks, punches, belt forms and self-defense from instructor Max Strate on Wednesday evenings.

FAMILY TIME

Kids Night Out

Kids and parents need time, too.  Saturday evenings, beginning in September, kids in grades K-6 come together to enjoy fun with activities with their friends, including gymnastics, swimming and more.  Contact Bill Davis for dates.

Rec Room
A space for everyone!  With staff supervision, Y members 7 years and older  play games, do homework, and hang out with family and friends.  Enjoy air hockey, arcade basketball, ping-pong, video gaming, board games, computers, and more!

School Year Hours: Monday-Friday, 4 p.m.-7 p.m.

Summer Hours Beginning Tuesday, May 30: Monday-Friday, 1 p.m-5 p.m.
